Link Building Services

- We require the creation of 100 one way links for the website of a make-up artist, specialising in the wedding industry. - All links must be relevant to the beauty and/or bridal industry. - Anchor text will be provided as required. - The links must have a minimum page rank profile as follows (if bidders are willing to commit to an improved page rank profile beyond the one given below, this will be taken into account when selecting a service provider):- 30 x PR3 30 x PR4 20 x PR5 20 x PR6 - Any number of links from one particular site counts only once toward total - The links must be relevant, free, permanent (free from expiry), one way (non-reciprocal), and static to our site. - The links should not be from sites that require ongoing payment; - Deployment of links should be phased over a 30 day period - The links should be from English language sites only (preferably the UK or US) - The links MUST pass the PR fraud test on [login to view URL] - There should be no more than 20 outbound links on each originating link page; - The linking page must be of the same or higher PR as the relevant homepage - The link pages must be cached and updated by Google within the past 30 days; - All links must be search engine friendly, and specifically indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. - Links must be in text and contain the target key phrase as anchor text (no naked links), no graphics (relevant keywords/ phrases will be supplied when your bid is accepted) - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or any other unethical or black-hat tactics (any use of black-hat techniques willresult in automatic termination of the work); - Only one link per domain. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses - The links must not involve any commercial web rings or link exchange programs such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc; - Usual exclusions apply - No link schemes, no blog comments, no forum posts, no ping sites, no classified ads, no guest books, no newsgroups, no hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or generally black hat sites; - All linking websites must be complete - i.e. not under construction; - Links must not be labelled, sponsored, links, or ads; - All links must be manually submitted. There should be no use of automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others); - Any links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted; The work must be accompanied by an Excel spreadsheet containing the following details in respect of each of the links created. Payment will be made once the data in the spreadsheet has been verified:- - Date submitted - Date accepted - Exact URL where our link is located - Site name - Site type - Page rank of the link URL - Page rank of landing page - IP address - Anchor Text Payment will be made when the links have been placed and verified.
