Sell my site 30%COMMISSION

I want to sell my custom ADULT SITE [url removed, login to view] (MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO VIEW!) I have had it up and running for about 1 year and a half. As you can see it has all the features including; store, web cams, photo gallery, store etc. and Also features it's own Dating site and was slotted to have an auction site. Advertising rotating banners are in place and much more. I spent hundred's $$ and countless hours promoting this site but no longer have the time to properly do so. The web designer I hired to complete this site did a fantastic job but disapeared and never re-installed the "auction" feature. The script for this along with $$countless others are all there in the database which is all included in the sale. The new owner could have this installed or if you are an installer and feel this feature will boost the price$$, then we can discuss the possibilty of you installing this feature at no additional cost up front. I am willing to pay a 30% commission for the best offer. PLEASE DO NOT SOLICIT ME WITH ANY OTHER SERVICE. I am through with working with designers who bail out on their work.
