Hi, I have experience in Extracting/Pulling info from SAP to Microsoft Excel. I manage inventories systems by SAP including physical stock (to the COGS) and special stocks. I have extensive experience in issuing all type of forms and how they effect on the stock and the accounting (RC, SI, SO, ST, IF, PC, PD, PR, PU, PU, CN, DN, IN, IN, RE, MR, IM, JE). Also, I know the most functional fields in the database: how to use the wizard reports, how to give orders to the SAP team regarding automation of form (import), exporting to Excel, etc. Also, I have an in-depth knowledge of the SAP process like status changing (SQ >DN>IN) and how/why changes reflect on the accounting (Stock, COGS, FR/IR, GR/IR, Etc.) I can create a program to extract these invoices according to your needs such as date, company code and etc. Then I can place those extracted invoices to your shared folder or email or place it in SAP AL11 folder as PDF files.

Only can work for 20hr/week, so by any mean, for time of delivery,i need more detail of your requirement. For initial sugestion : Create custom upload program to upload your legacy invoice data Create a custom alv report list of invoice, can export to excel, and can generate pdf , save to SAP app server, can copy to FTP server If you have a lot of invoice, i suggest use a barcode for your new invoice
