Required tele caller for generating leads for real estate projects.

Hi, We are looking for tele-caller from Mumbai or any where from India for marketing our real-estate project, it's a long-term project, we will try for one month, if all goes well we will go for six months, if all goes well for six months we will higher you full time at our office. - You need to speak Hindi and English. - you have to find the leads and call them and convince them for the site visit ( all info will be provided from our side ) - you must be from Mumbai or around Mumbai. - you need to be dedicated and hard working. - enable to call 100 people a day. -you have to provide the excel sheet every day about the updates. More - Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement. * Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients * Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database. - knowledge of real estate market preferred.
