Good Morning,
Working as a call center agent for eight years as a Customer Service Representative on Sales and Technical accounts, I’d say that i have a vast knowledge in providing customer satisfaction and producing sales. Throughout my career in this industry, I have learned how to deal with people having different kinds of personalities. In every call that I received, First call resolution is always my main goal. Retaining our customers within the business is always important for the company's revenue. I always stay true and sincere to every customer that I encounter with each and every call. I know also for a fact that each customer and each call is unique in its own little way thus making me more aware that giving precise work and details should be received by the customers, giving them the assurance that they are truly valued.
I’m self motivated, easy to work with, and I am always open to learn new things in this field of customer satisfaction. Skill wise…I’m well equipped and highly trained for this line of responsibility.
