Maintain backend Ruby application hosted at Heroku

I have an Adobe AIR application that needs to talk to API endpoints. While some of that can be done natively in AIR, there are other situations where it is easier to have a translation layer that my AIR app can "talk" to and then have that app talk directly to the endpoint, then return the data to my application. I have had a team who has helped over the years but they are involved in a huge project that precludes them from helping me in a timely manner. I'm looking for someone who can debug Ruby apps and add additional features when I have to interact with oAuth authenticated endpoints.
