Hi!
I'm Hindu, vegetarian, and I practise yoga and meditation. I learned it from my father, who is a yoga teacher working with The Art of Living foundation, which is renowned worldwide. I am familiar with most (if not all) yoga postures, warm-up and cool-down exercises, mantras, sets of asanas (such as surya namaskar), as well as sudarshan kriya (which is akin to pranayama).
With all of these combined, I'm sure I'll be able to put together a relaxing yoga program for you. It'll progress slowly, allowing your students to relax while never over-straining themselves. I'll also keep in mind the age factor, as people from different age groups need different types of exercises.

Also, the amount and time-frame I've quoted isn't quite final. Since a lot of postures and information will be repeated, it'll likely come to a lot less than 100 EUR.
