I believe based on the size of your decks; it will take me about 1-2 hour to model. I will then send you the model images (not rendered) just so you confirm everything is modeled as you imagined. I then will start setting up the render, and this process can take as little as 1 hour up to 10 hours based on how much detail you want included and how realistic you want it to be. I would set up the render, and if you were available and willing to, give you a zoom call so you can tell me about any revisions you have or if you want to change anything. After that I will go on and finish the final touches on the rendering based on your comments. I believe the whole project should be done with a budge of 80-120 AUD and in a week.

A bit about me, I am an Australian interior designer with 10 years industry experience, currently working for a Sydney based agency on residential/ commercial interiors in Sydney and globally. I'm just looking to expand my portfolio & fill my spare time doing what I love to do! Fee proposal: Stage 1 (opt1) : Sketchup 3D rendered views x 2 (1 x lower deck, 1 x upper deck). Is this an add-on to an existing structure? Do you have any quality photos of the existing that I could use as a base for the render? This will save a lot of time. Approx. 8 hours per render Stage 1 (opt2) : Sketchup 3D rendered views x 2 Building the whole structure within view I would allow approx. 10-16 hours each render I will be able to give a better estimate once I've seen photo's/ sketches. I will be using Sketchup (not photo realistic, refer to VIP lounger in my profile) as this will be the most time efficient way. I will use high quality images for your specified materials so it look's as realistic as possible and will give you a great idea as to how the specified materials/ colours/ textures are looking! If you want more photo-realistic renders (see Styling lounge interior render in my profile) this will be a bit extra. Also happy to give design advice as required. I have knowledge on Australian building code too! I have lots of examples of 3D renders I've done (building exteriors), I can send these through to you.
