Archive Building Design Project - should be designed internally and externally - architecture, electrical and mechanical works

Our client is having one four floors building of around 1,400 sq m area for all floors to be designed internally and externally to make this building feasible for archival process. This design works includes architectural (2D and 3D), electrical and mechanical works. Time limit is 2 months (60 days) and in first 30 days draft design should be ready and in next 30 days final design should be ready based on comments given by end client on draft design. End client will take 3 days to send comments on submitted design. We will pay 10% in advance, 40% on approval of draft stage design and 50% on approval of final stage design. You should report to us in every two to three days with updates of work. Please note submission of design should be in AutoCAD DWG file or any other design file for review at client end.
