Looking for construction workers from east europe or balkan for renovating a big House (1600 m²) in Germany

Seeking for craftman, construction workers for the renovation of a large building in Germany (1600sqm) from east europe or balkan coutries. Hello, my name is Luca Ferrari of Dr. Ing. Ferrari GmbH from Germany. I bought an old office building with 4 floors and 1600 m² in Germany near 56068 Koblenz. In this building I have to: - Install new windows - Install new drywall in the building - Lay new electrical cables - renovate 3 toilets - lay the tiles - Parket must be relocated in the building The building must be renovated from 10.09.2018. The renovation of the building will take about 2 months.  To convert this I am looking for 4-6 craftsmen who can perform these tasks. The artisans must be able to speak one of the following languages: - German - English - Russian - Polish I have an apartment where the craftsmen can sleep. I have a site manager who speaks Polish, German, English and Russian. The construction period for the renovation of the building will be about 2 months. Can you send me an offer?
