'Getting your first job' training programme for graduates

I'm looking for an experienced recruitment/HR professional to design a 6x 40 mins training programme which will support graduates looking to find and successfully apply for their first job. The programme will cover essential topics such as cvs, interviews, company and industry research, how to stand out from the crowd, killer soft skills etc. The key role of the training programme designer will be to a) advise on current industry practices and the best tools and techniques and b) create an effective and motivating programme for others to deliver. This is a great project aiming to supporting people in getting that difficult step on the ladder. The ethos of the course is about empowering graduates to take early responsibility for their careers and the voice of the course must match with the language of today's graduates (generation z).
