Python scrape / api script

I need a python script that is capable of the following:
- it needs to read in a csv file I provide, with a number of columns
- for each row in the column 'domain', take the value and fetch / scrape the following parameters with a random sleep period between 5 and 25 seconds between each request:
a) page rank (from googletoolbar api)
b) trust flow (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
c) citation flow (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
d) referring domains (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
e) external back links (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
f) referring domains (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
g) referring IP addresses (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
h) referring class c subnets (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
i) indexed urls (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
j) ed. ref. backlinks (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
h) [url removed, login to view] (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
i) ed. ref. domains (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
j) [url removed, login to view] (scrape on [url removed, login to view])
k) links to domain (free api on Open Site Explorer)
l) write the results in a new csv file, copying the values from the original csv file, but expanded with the above extra results
