PyCharm GitLab (quick 5 stars and payment)

Need the correct plugin (gitlab integration plugin?) and from PyCharm get the push to be 'authenticated"? (small project - 5 stars;). The plugin states "use the API Scoped on your gitlab (done) but still getting "You are not allowed to push code to this project." Works at command line, but not in PyCharm. Better plugin? Another way to use rsa keys? Another way to save username password? Need the needful steps (need the steps basically clear). Helping me get this working properly will be the delivery and goal. Please note there is hope we can mutually complete this task; we can leave each other nice comments and 5 stars for each? Please note project is due in (2) two hours as this projects deadline, as this is needed asap from the time we start.
