Need a developer for creating a Chatbot for an IT MSP Company

We want to build a chatbot that will work like a 24/7 tech support. It will provide support to most common questions and must work on Slack. The bot must answer just like a real remote human technician should do, giving suggestions, showing pictures, asking for feedback, directing the user to the solution step by step. We do not want a bot that just directs the user to a document file, we want a real conversation structure. When the bot has no way to help, it must open a ticket (sending an email). We must have a performance analytics board to show all the data generated by users request. Features: • Answer the user based on a private knowledge base. • Must work on Slack • Admins must have a way to create/edit answers and interactions. • Open a ticket to a human solve the problem in case the bot can't resolve it. Human interaction must be in the same interface. • The chatbot system must identify the user and the company. • A user must have a company and a company can have multiple users. • Log all requests. The requests must be automatically categorized based on requester's description. • Agent Intelligence must be able to “learn” from historical request patterns, allowing it to become increasingly accurate in its predictive recommendations. • Analytics must show requests number, the average time to resolve, number of request by category, number of requests by user, average number of requests by user, number of requests reopened. • If possible, automate windows software installation probably using chocolatey ([login to view URL]) or any other way you may know. This is a prototype that I created using botsociety. It's in portuguese. The use case here is the simulation of a user that is reporting missing wifi signal: [login to view URL]
