job-matching system (ci/cd)

Hello, I am looking for a developer to work on a job-matching ci/cd system. This will be similar to facebook's jupiter ([login to view URL]). Workers are docker images Worker tells the job matching system it’s capabilities system matches worker with task matching requirements with capabilities so first phase, should be a job matching system that as an api and a cli that uses that api. the demo will be making all of these different types of deployments. python, nginx, apache, android build, xcode build, etc, etc. and have the matching system match the jobs with a worker that already has the pre-requisites installed. after that, we will need to integrate ci/cd into it so it's done per push on github. You will need to know about ci/cd and how to use docker to make workers to do the tasks in the queue.
