IP camera based vehicle movement capture using raspberry pi

Hello Im Sourish, I'm a Linux, asterisk, network expert. I am a Raspberry Pi enthusiast. I am using raspberry pi for last 4 years. I have done this on my own home IP camera build using Raspberry Pi 3. I can fulfill your requirement as I am having all the configurations with me. Raspberry Pi will be configured to boot into the IP camera mode and start streaming. The motion detection will be configured to detect motion of 5-10% in the stream and it would start recording the file on SD card. I will also configure it to take snapshot of the movement @ 25 frames per sec and save the pics in form of JPEG on the SD card itself. I will take around 1 day time to configure everything on the raspberry pi and complete the project. I hope you would be happy with my work.
