Hi i can create this software for you the software will be created on c# .NET as according to your requirements this application will give you following feature -> Give the certificate designs as input (pdf of image) ->And it will take data from excel file you will give ->then create a certificate with the details you want to add from excel file ->each certificate file will be named with student name so they can be easily manage ->can also add sending option as you want ->as bulk production it will display the status of completed task percentage ->Will provide you easy to use UI and i already created this kind for project for ID card printing. Hi , I can build a tool in vb.net to load excel data fill a template in word (its to easy edit word files) replacing "special" words like student_name, etc, and export to pdf and/or send pdf to emial. I done lots of work in these fields .For the login system module and online exams I go through your requirements You need need a application to generate certificates to a number of students listed in excel. The input will be a certificate template(in form of pdf or some image) and all the data of student will be in excel. The application should put the information in certificate template and generate it for all. There should also be an option to sent certificate to the students.
