EBook Conversion from DOC to MOBI and EPUB - Detailed Professional

I have a 58,612 word count Microsoft word DOC formatted for soft cover printing that I need you to convert to TWO Ebook formats of the universal standard of EPUB and Amazon Kindle's MOBI. I will PROVIDE the EPUB and MOBI files for my previous book, which has the same formatting. I imagine this will help you produce this book with ease.
