We are looking for a Rockstar VA, social media manager and assistant to the CEO to help organize and manage communications for our company, work closely with the CEO and the team to get things done. We need someone who is well versed in managing social media and customer care. Ultimately, we need someone to help us manage activities and emails and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day management of all social media content and posting

- Monitor audience engagement with all posted content

- Maintain a social media content calendar each month both for tracking and planning purposes

- Expand company's presence on social media platforms

- Work with the team to promote brand consistency

- Create project plans and manage deliverables

- Coordinate with Clients and the team about projects

- Do organization and structuring for project plans and tasks

- Assist with daily administrative tasks

- Manage the CEO’s Calendar, Appointments and Emails

- Reply to customer emails and client inquiries

- Handle requirements and clients & team onboarding and off-boarding

Qualifications:

Have 3+ years experience in a similar role

Strong organizational and project management skills

Deep knowledge of types of social media content to drive web traffic and audience engagement.

Desire to learn, try, experiment and the ability to catch on quickly
