Social Media Manager with emphasis in PINTEREST, Instagram, Facebook for eCommerce site selling Christian Gifts

I am looking for someone to manage the Pinterest, IG and FB profile for my e-commerce store with the objective of growing quality followers in my core audience and bringing targeted traffic to my e-commerce website. My store sells inspirational and encouraging shirts and gifts with empowering Christian messages based on Scripture for babies, kids and moms. I believe my core audience are Christian grandmothers, moms and young women (in that order), so I need someone that will know how to authentically connect and engage this niche audience and collect more targeted traffic within a short time. My store and the profiles are fairly new, and have a small number of posts and followers, so the social media manager will have the opportunity to build them from scratch. Pinterest is my priority, and I am willing to subscribe to Tailwind for Pinterest so that the social media manager has the best tool for growing organically the followers. I am looking for someone to manage the feeds/handles for about 2 months, with an opportunity to continue on a longer term basis depending on the results they provide. I need the social media manager to: 1- Analyze the very niche audience to find users who are most likely to engage with my brand and content. a. On IG and Pinterest, I have began to follow some targeted people, but need the manager to also do some research to find some other micro-influencers (10K-30K followers) in my niche to follow, like and respond to their content with thoughtful comments that will get their attention and engage the to our pages, and build those relationships organically. b. Invite people that fit my brand’s niche to like/follow pages, (Use likes and the Follow/Unfollow method to increase my follower count. 2- Create relevant, shareable and engaging content including images (& videos if possible) for Pins and IG posts for my audience and niche. a. My main priority is Pinterest and I would not expect the manager to have totally different content in all the 3 social media, but maybe to use the same content and tweak it for each of the 3 formats and different demos in each social media b. The manager can also repurpose some of the blog content that is being made for our blog or create their own pinnable, shareable content based on a content calendar. c. Would love someone who has access to Tailwind and can generate multiple images for different pins with text on the images. 3- Create and Optimize my Pinterest boards and Pin titles and descriptions with strong SEO rich in key words so the pins are searchable for numerous types of searches. Ensure pins properly linked back to e-commerce site, or blog post, etc. 4- Hashtag research for both IG and Pinterest – Ensure all my posts have relevant and good performing hashtags 5- Schedule and post content 2-3x per week on each social media site at optimal times (not just day/time of the week but relevant to the seasonal events and life events – e.g., Easter, spring, mother’s day, graduation season, memorial day, etc.) 6- Share content to group/community boards and relevant groups and forums regularly to get more traffic and engagement. Would love someone who has access to tailwind community 7- Check Pinterest/IG/FB analytics every 2-3 weeks to determine if pins that aren't getting repined can be improved for pin title/description as well as photo/image. 8- Help get my Pinterest business account merchant verified I am looking to hire someone for a 3 month trial period, but with monthly check ins to discuss necessary changes.
