I need an expert in the required fields I have selected for this project. Do not bid if you are not an expert or have a lot of experience, as this is a very very complex custom platform. I currently have the website in WordPress but for it to work better, it needs an expert in php and mysql as the custom work is very complex. I need a custom platform built on a PHP/mysql framework. The admin backend provides the following key features: - Content Management System for controlling the majority of the site content - Ability to create new ad types within existing channels - Approve/reject listings, as well as promote listings on the homepage - Customise the content of the automated transaction emails received by site users - Adjust commission rate - Manage payouts to Publishers Additionally the platform includes the following features: - Integration with PayPal for receipt of Advertising sale funds and payment of Publisher earnings - API integration with major social channels to allow retrieval of social media followers and allow Publishers to verify their account ownership Integrated Wordpress Blog Revenue Model there must be a function or integration with paypal where I take a percentage (%) for every sale and the rest goes into the Publisher's account. VERY IMPORTANT: Publishers: Publishers can create listings for all of their social media channels and websites. If they run multiple online brands they can create multiple listings. Publishers can also create "discounted bundles" whereby multiple ad spots across their channels can be bought together for a cheaper overall price. All listings are subject to manual approval to mitigate spam, and once approved they appear in the marketplace. Payment to Publishers for advertising earnings is via PayPal or bank deposit. Advertisers Advertisers can buy ad space or sponsored messages across a multitude of platforms directly from Publishers: Sponsored posts on Facebook (Personal, Fan Page and Groups) Sponsored Tweets Sponsored posts on Google Plus Sponsored Pins on Pinterest Tumblr posts Youtube banners Website banners Email banners or set-click Solo Ads RSS feed banners Payments are received using PayPal.
