I need someone to create a tool to create custom videos similar to the Facebook Friends videos where user images are displayed into the video ([login to view URL])
I will supply a short video file, and then I want to be able to display an image in the video. The image will be variable, so I can choose a picture of myself and see that in the video just like the facebook video, or I can choose a picture of Michael Jordan and his image will be in the video. The video should play on any platform including ios (no flash).
I need to see a very basic working example of this in order to award you the job, so only reply if you can do that.
