Need a simple application that identify license plates via a video stream from a security camera and report on them. Needs to be able to: Set a time when it is on/off Associate specific names, emails and whatsapp numbers/id to specific plates. When specific plates are identified, send alert in 3 different ways. - Display a message(names) on a large display monitor. - Send a WhatsApp notification to the associated names. - Send email/sms notifications to associated names. I would like to utilize the openaplr api if possible since it already will do most of the work, just need a gui and database around it. [login to view URL]
