As a Customer Service Representative , you will be handling a variety of inbound calls. This position primarily involves assisting our current customers with questions related to their Intoxalock account or service. We will provide you with the training and support to achieve your goals and allow you the opportunity to become a part of an innovative, growing company.

A successful Customer Service Representative will demonstrate:
Ability to come to Des Moines, Iowa for 4 weeks of training prior to working from home
Friendly, patient and helpful customer service focus while on the telephone
Ability to problem solve, manage multiple details and handle confidential information
Proven reliability and performance working in a call center service environment (1+ years)
Computer savvy in data entry (30 – 40 wpm), navigating the intranet and troubleshooting
High School Diploma or equivalent
