I'm looking for a command line program to scrape a certain website at regular intervals, save data to csv files, and send alerts when conditions are met. The program must work with a list of provided proxies, and use them to check multiple pages of the target site simultaneously. The target pages are relatively simple. Target site and a full program spec will be shared once we chat about the project. Desired project timeline: 4 days development; 14 days testing/tweaks/bug fixes Payment: 50% milestone for working software with all major components; 50% final milestone for final software (after 14 days of testing, and all bug fixes and tweaks)
