Website Portal Enhancements

We currently have a working portal where users can log in and interact with certain data points. Several pieces of this needs to be finished, one piece at a time. The infrastructure is based on php/javascript running Bootstrap. The following parts are to be done: 1) File Upload: File upload has been created and file details are stored in a MySQL DB. Further parsing of fields needs to be done and DB Schema extended accordingly. The update functionality clearly needs to be expanded as well. 2) Data retrieval: When selecting data on Dashboard, data needs to be retrieved from DB and processed accordingly before interfaced into Dashboard controls. 3) User Sign up functionality: Currently the login functionality has been created but not a self-service user sign up. This should trigger an email to admin email address needing approval before activating. The activation/rejection should be done from within the email by clickable links for either action. It is clearly a requirement that coding is done according to reusable and highest standards for future maintenance. There might be an element of restructuring some of the existing code to heighten the standard of that as well.
