Website optimisations and Cyberpanel based Droplet fine tuning&troubleshooting

hello, our online news site has got followed problems: 1. cyberpanel droplet inodes size increasing very fast in a few days site goes to offline or different problems. We need fix the css problem and prevent this 3. sometimes on the mobile phones (responsives) (I think on Desktop, too -but not sure it is happening very rare) the slides goes blank but after a few minutes corrupting automatically again. 4.
