Web Application for Diving Club

Dhahran Diving Association is a private club for divers. There is an existing old windows application which was built using VB.NET and MS Access database. It is required to upgrade the application into online web application preferably using MVC then PHP. The main features of the application as follows:
Phase 1:
1- Add/Update member information and upload: photo, support documents (JPG and PDF, etc.)
2- Annual membership payment which stores the amount, date and membership yearend email receipt.
3- Print membership card using "datacard sp35" printer
4- Search for members by number, name, status, etc.
5- Privileges are based on user level. Administrator can perform all the functions. Instructors can search for member status, etc.
Phase 2: (not in this project)
Mobile application for searching the member and status.

It is also required either to integrate the web application into the existing website which is using Wordpress or link subdomain on separate hosting windows/Linux server.
