stock and product listing from supplier live link and api and woocommerce integration

We need a system that we can set up a selling list, that shows stock levels, prices, and product names, that links to our suppliers live xml links, which needs refresh so that we know when stock and prices change. Then we need this to link to a WooCommerce site, and then from a preselected list of products It needs to load theses products to the WooCommerce site. Then from WooCommerce it will load onto other our market places. So in short, we will have a system that shows our “live/active selling products” that shows the products we are selling, and we will add products daily, and then we need to be able to view our supplier live product listings. Then we need to see product A on the active selling products list that it has 5 in stock that the supplier’s products are updated often so we can see this change. Which this needs to upload the living listings to our WooCommerce site with the images as well. We need to as well incorporate a API system that lets us see information from our main selling marketplace where we sell, which they offer to us. This system needs to run on a windows machine and then be able to move to a webserver later on when funds are more available,
