Setup wordpress site by adding purchased Theme and maintenance mode plugin

I am looking for a wordpress developer that is familar with Dreamhost VPS hosting and their proprietary Control panel. Note: Dreamhost does not have a CPanel for creating/accessing databases, creating FTP users, etc. It will be much easier for both of us if you are familiar with their system already.
I currently have a wordpress website with an existing theme. I uploaded another theme (while the site was hosted on godaddy) and some of the files from the previous site theme still show up on the new site and it creates problems for the new site. Keeping this in mind I need the following tasks to be completed.
1. Copy the existing database & all files (for the complete site) and save to a .zip folder
2. Upload the the latest version of the Wordpress content management software (4.9.8) to my VPS server
3. Upload the theme I purchased and all required plugins and sample content files
4. Upload "maintenance mode" plugin. Create any user/password so I can access the site using maintenance mode.
5. Provide me with the zip folder (copy of database & files) from task #1
6. Create FTP user. Provide me log-in details to access the site using FileZilla
7. Provide me with username / passwords for database(s), wordpress admin, etc.
