Seeking professional webdeveloper for our start-up (working package No. 1)

Heja! our start-up is changing the way social clubs work in the future and therefore we seek a webdeveloper to assist us on our project from scratch. We are 3 young guys located in the south of Germany and aware of web development and entrepreneurship, as well as web-design. We want to use our energy entirely for pushing the project to get it on the road as soon as possible and do not have the time to develop the service by ourselves. Therefore we are looking for high quality assistance and someone who is capable to think outside the box. If you are - capable of professionally handling web-development - an expert in combining web-development with wordpress - a developer who is keen to develop clean and reliable code - great skills in communicating in English OR German - a reliable developer which is capable of delivering the tasks on time - aware of the current state of the arts in terms of security We are looking for a Realizer and a team member who is capable of realizing the unrealizable. Though, the tasks should not be too difficult, we want to move forward with the project and the code asap. You have just realized that descriptions fits to you? Then you might be our developer! We will provide you working packages by together discussing the time needed to realize them. When you start to code, we'll be moving forward to creating new working packages for you. This project here is only considering the working package No. 1. If you have proven that you are the one, the other working packages will be given to you. As our idea is super fresh, we do not want to communicate to much about it by now, but feel free to contact us in case of any questions. Bevor you propose to our project, we would like you to successfully work out a task to demonstrate your skills and your know how. Here is the thing: - Develop a Wordpress test-web-site where I can log in to. - I will be having my own user profile - This profile can be filled and edited by myself - Also I'm capable of adding custom elements to my profil which are generally not seen if a non-registered user looks at my profile - This means, in my profile, I should be able to select 2 custom elements which are only textfields with headlines. - No. 1: Hobbys - No. 2: Working experience To sum it up, I'll be having my user profile which I can log into. This profile can be seen by anybody, but the elements are not visible to the public unless I decided to use them. Kindly send me the link to the web site and attach the login credentials as well.
