Scraping real estate portals for data

Need to crawl sites like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] Crawl each url, download web pages of websites, get data from the DOM elements. Data needed- 1) Name of property, 2) Type of property (Residential, commercial etc) 3) No of rooms( 1bhk, 2 bhk, etc) 4) Area 5) Locality 6) City 7) Complete Address 8) Point of contact (if present) 9) Filter Values like ameneties, parking, 10) Price (or Price range) Note: This list is non exhaustive. These data needs to be stored into a database. Api’s to search (with filters like “2bhk in Andheri East”) from the database. Integration of Apis with our existing website. This is a non exhaustive requirement sheet. Most importantly a POC will be required before finalization of work with minimum 2 data features for anyone of the above mentioned property sites.
