I need someone to create a code for a crowd control project. In this project the user will scan into business with RFID chip in a wristband. The data for this chip needs to be send via blue tooth connection to a mobile phone that is connected via internet to an existing Mysql database in an online quiz written in php codeigniter. The information will include user name photo and membership [login to view URL] code needs to record time and date user scans in and out of the premise as well as allow business operator to suspend users membership for misbehavior.
