Responsive Styled Template needs to Move From One Joomla website to another + 8 CSS Tweaks

I have a project for a joomla expert that is also good with CSS that can take one currently styled joomla template (which is working well with modules and components) from one folder/subdomain and move to another joomla install which exists on another subdomain/folder.
Both are latest version of Joomla.
The joomla website in which the styled template needs to be placed on is basically my joomla 2.5 website (6 years of content) that has been upgraded to work with joomla 3.5.1
I can have all modules and components for joomla waiting on the non template website for you if needed.
The styled template is about 95% done and can be found here:

The team that was working on the template was very slow and communication was bad. So I am forced to find another team. I don't want anybody to bid, then say the last team that worked on the project did it all wrong and you have to start from scratch.. Please Don't waste my time.
I need someone who can quickly manage this project and deliver at an affordable price.
There is more work in the future if you do a good job.
I also have 8 CSS Final Tweaks Needed once moved. (see doc attached)
