Resolve woocommerce-and-plugin interference issue

I identified two plugins that cause my woocommerce checkout page to infinite-loop-refresh (see attached file). I need you to find the cause and give a suggestion on how to resolve this issue.
It might be an ajax-admin respectively wc-ajax issue.
