Real time Geomonitoring webapplication

Creating a Real Time webapplication: so let say we want monitor an Tunnel ,if there is earthquick or landslip or any other Problem influence this Tunnel, the Monitoring Proceess work in below ,we have 3 Components: Reflectro are installed on Axis this Tunnel one in Right-side =R;Leftside=L and on Floor=F and this along of the Tunnel thats mean there is for every section in Tunnel 3 Refelctors = Tunnel-section 1=R1,L1,F1 Section 2=R2,L2,F2 and so on, we have multible Sensore who getting the actual Position of every Reflector over Time if there is difference to the reference Position will that mean there is something affect our Tunnel, if the Difference extreme an alarm will be trigged and Email will sent to me to tell me there is danger,this Sensors give us in real time X,Y,Z values =Latitue,longtitude,Height of every Refelctor,that mean i will get 3 value of every Refelctor and 9 by Section , iwant see on map the Tunnel and Values in real time with background colors that mean if the value normal ,the backround color of the Value in green and small change in yellow , organe untill Red, + Id and Type Of reflector and it have be Possibilty to see the Graphs of every Reflector in real Time delta X and Delta Y and Delta Z , delta mean difference between the actual Position to the initial and so on
