Randomize Instagram Comments for Contest Selection

We are hosting a contest through Instagram, in which entry is based on commenting on a post and tagging a friend. Each unique tag is worth one point. The contest will come to a close on April 15th. With over 1,500 comments (and more coming), we want to create a way to pick a winner in the fairest way possible. We believe this will best be done over Excel, and randomly generating a winner. Things to note: Each individual who tags a friend gets a point, even if they tag multiple friends in a single comment. For example: Ajrose @friend1 @friend2 @friend3 ------- Ajrose @friend1 Ajrose @friend2 Ajrose @friend3 Both of these situations would result in 3 points for the user “Ajrose”. In this case, a point can be interpreted as a full line item on Excel. To break that down, if you tag 4 friends, you receive 4 line items on the Excel page. When assembling the Excel page, each line item should include the “tagger” (original poster), and the friend that they tagged. There should be a minimum of 1,500 lines on this document. This contest is NOT isolated to our page only. There are 7 additional accounts posting the contest. All comments from additional pages will count towards entry to the contest. We would like each account to have it’s own TAB on excel, broken down into two columns: the original tagger, and the account that they tagged.
