Pull tabs app

I would like an electronic pull tab application. Similar to the look and feel of Bingo Bash, but with Pull Tabs. There would need to be a sql database to record everything, as well as an interface to reload the decks when they get empty. The online web interface would show me the decks in play as well as to create new decks. I would specify a game name, select the theme layout and create the prize categories and payouts. This would be reflected in the app. Users would be able to buy Pull Tabs for each of the various games. Users would start with a predetermined number of pulltabs as essentially a demo of the system. This number would be configurable through the web interface. This needs to be expertly done, please provide references to the game apps you have written. The bottom line is this game needs to be fun and addicting, animations, sounds, a pleasure to look at. There is a pull tab app out there but its terrible. Please be familiar with pull tabs, each theme needs to be exciting, I would like 3-5 themes(games) to start with. Please also be familiar with Bingo Bash and and its pricing/prize structure.
