This is a prototype for a bigger project. I am trying to find who is the most capable of doing the job. I have some data in a CSV file, I want this data to be hosted on a web server with a database (MySQL), then visualized using public access web such as D3.js This is very similar to Forex Trading websites but in a much simpler way. I usually prefer php or python for serverside work. and I am expecting a website like [login to view URL] , but using bar charts instead of boxplots. Here I upload a CSV file with a sample of the data I also posted the SQL that will be used to build the X, Y axes for the plot ""Select Emoji, count(Emoji) from Emojis group by Emoji""
