We need a B2B platform in which our clients can log in, search the products that we sell, see the prices and order the products.
We sell parts for agricultural tractors and we have a national distribution network. I will write down the main highlights :
- There are about 20.000 products in our portfolio - these are in printed catalogs and as a XML database. Each of the product has a internal part number which is the main one but it has also some manufacturer numbers so we need the possibility for that product to be searched by internal part number and also by manufacturer number. Also, each of our products has a corresponding picture and we need this to be included in the platform.
- Each of the product has a list price but we need to be able to assign a discount to each of our clients according to our terms.
- We estimate that we need to add between 300 and 1000 clients. There will be 2-10 clients online in the same time so we want the database to be accessed by multiple clients at the same time.
- We need the platform to have the ability to send newsletters to the clients and we want to design them in the platform.
- If the client can't find a product with a specific code, to be able to ask for a quotation directly from the B2B app with a click.
- For each product code we want the B2B platform to show 3 statuses : "stock" (showed with a green dot, for example), "3-4 days delivery time" (showed with a yellow dot) and "not in stock" (showed with red dot).
- We need the B2B system to show different statistics : sales by client, sales by product, stock status, turnover by product and client, so forth.
- We want the system configured in Romanian and English. It's ok if the products and their description appear in English. We want the menu to be in Romanian.
- We want a simple interface with a simple home page. On the home page we want to be able to add promotions, new products in catalog and so forth.
- We need a section in it where the clients can download the catalogues in PDF format.
- What other things you consider necesary.
