PHPFox edit Dating module (Allow check box options on profile)

I own and operate a gay dating and social networking site that is running phpfox. I have purchased an app from a developer (The Dating Module from FoxExpert) and I want to add to this mod the ability for users to select options on their profile that use the check box option. (At the moment only a single tick box ( i want mutiple options to form a list or lists on their profile. Also text box option is available in the module) This job would suit someone that has alot of experience in php fox and ideally with building modules and apps and knows what is involved and will be able to sort the issue for me in a timely fashion. I want to be able to creat custom checkbox options for user profiles so I just need the ability added and not for them to be "pre-defined".
