PHP script for auto-refresh, selecting check box, name selection from drop box and clicking on Save button

Hi, I need the PHP script for the following. 1. It is required for a third-party website, hence, I can not provide its access. You will work on any dummy website and provide me the code and I fill up the required details in the codes wherever required. 2. First, it will check the words "No records found" on the page. If it is found then it will refresh the page and keep doing it until it finds the records. 3. When the page has some records, "No records found" will not come on the page. So, the script will now (1) select the Check All and (2) Select a person's name from the drop-down list, and (3) click Save. 4. It will again start the first step i.e auto-refresh the page to find "No records found." 5. If it is Chrome or Firefox browser-based, then great. I do not have any domain, hence, please give me a form or application that can be used online. Please give me your quote with time frame.
