PHP MYSQL Bulk mailer

This is quite a simple job: I have a MySQL database of customers (recipients) and need to mail them (using outside SMTP server) an HTML content. Here are the functional requirements: FR01: The PHP interface should contain the following fields: 1. English mail title text field (English) 2. English mail content composer text box (English) 3. French mail title text field (French encoded with ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8) 4. French mail content composer text box (French encoded with ISO-8859-1 or UTF-8) 5. “Recipients category” selector, possibly selecting multiple categories (link to SQL query for selecting the categories of recipients, based on field AAA in the database) 6. “Active subscribers” selector (includes recipients which expiration date is greater or equal to the current date ) 7. “Inactive subscribers” selector (includes only recipients which expiration date is sctricly before the current date) 8. Some “mouseover” text help explanation for all the elements visible in the page FR02: The mail content should contain an “unsubscribe” link. The “unsubcription” should update the field BBB in the database and change its value to CCC (see [login to view URL] for example) FR05: The delay between each email should be set as a parameter FR06 (optional): The bounced emails should update the field XXX in the database
