PHP Mini project. Basic frontend and basic admin panel.

This mini Project have limited payment, DONT FLY! I write what i want MUST BE ALL HTML5 AND RESPONSIVE (MUST BE WORK ALL MOBILE DEVICE) *****FRONTEND 1- Must be sing in with user and pass (if not member never enter site) 2- Entered web site have left top site user username and user membership expt date countdonw (every membership 3-6-12 mounths limited membership and finish time member account get passive) 3- Entered web site have right top site categories (admin page add categories than show there with categories, sub categories and sub sub categories) 4- Show every categoies under img with url same like products (i add img under any category img than get create img sam like thumnail 70x35 px or more) Not have any detail and more only img but with link *****ADMIN 1- Dasboard must be show total, active, passive and pending users how many with number. 2- Admin panel left side for general setting ling right side for action page. same like frame (same like wordpress admin page) 3- I can be add, delete, manage and more user(s) 4- I can be add, delete, manage and more categorie(s) 5- I can be add, delete, manage and more img (same like e-commerce products) under categoies (this is important i write content) 6- I can be set script basement settings. Write bellow 6-1 ) I can be set change url 6-2 ) I can be set change admin path in url (same like [login to view URL] to [login to view URL]) i change manualy file name in ftp but i can write admin page admin new name and system run new admin path. 6-3 ) System must be have 3 different admins (1)Super admin and see all link and manage every think (2)Manage only user , category and img and see only this links (3) Only see and manage users 6-4 ) System connect to far any url.
