PHP Freelancer needed

I need a PHP freelancer to help me with the rewrite of my site. I am not happy with the current code so I am involved in a rewrite. The site is a popular celebrity site which receives around 2000-6000 vistitors per day. I would be open to providing you with some good advertising, if interested, as part of the deal in addition to your pay. I can replace the one banner on my site with your banner. My Alexa ranking is 173,935. I am not making enough yet to pay you what you probably deserve. I will want the person to work part-time, around 20 hours per week. Good skills are exceptional programmer, good communication, honest, hard-working, talented, friendly, and stong knowledge of Site Security, PHP, MYSQL, and Javascript. I will except nearly daily interaction from you. I am also a programmer. After the first month or two I will be willing to discuss an increase in your pay or a decrease in your hours to continue work. It depends on how good you are and the finacial situation of the site. Since I am a developer I believe I have a good idea about a fair amount of work that should be completed in 20 hours/week. Unfortunitly I do not have time to give the site the dedication it deserves. I will not give you the entire payment up-front. We will discuss the terms furture. I have been burned before. Please don't waste my time. Please give me your monthly fee to work part-time (20 hours/week) on the project and tell me about yourself. I DO NOT WIST TO HIRE A COMPANY OR TEAM OF DEVELOPERS.
