PHP expert needed 404 error and bugs

Hi there, I have a site here [login to view URL] which I have copied here [login to view URL] but if you click on 'Services' the site is showing 404 error. That's even after I have pointed the domain to this new hosting ([login to view URL]). The website has a backend as it was created using Custom PHP. Here is how it looks [login to view URL] I want to point that domain to this hosting. (I will do that by changing nameservers) but I need these following works done before that which are listed in the attached file. I have 60$ and I can maximum allot you 8 hours if I am shown continuous progress. Solve the 404 error and any two problems listed, I will create the whole milestone. Bid only if you are OK with 60$ or less and can do all the works mentioned. Please mention in the bid that in which siteurl (not bitly links) you are supposed to work.
