online print Store - repost 2

hi guys, i need a web page for a online print store like : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc that template that i want to have is : [login to view URL] this is a Magento 1.5.x compatible template how you can see in: [login to view URL] before to start with the design changes and behaviors i would like to know if your team can do the upgrade to the last version of Magento (1.7.0.2) and the cms run without proflems in the future. However i didnt found a template for the next behaviors of the online print service web page "xxxxxxxSTORE" : -It would be nice to have a multilanguage solution. -Firstable the customer should be registered and logged in the CMS to upload and print their Files. but the visitor should not be logged to see our prices and services ;-) -In the register of the client it is necesary to have the personal data aswell the delivery adresse, and history of orders sorted by date. -the client have the option to change the password or ask for a new one if he forgot that -The target of "xxxxxxxSTORE" ist sell the service of print Files (PDF, JPG and TIFF) that the customer upload, like in the examples pages from above. First the client should choose the format to print (A6, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1, F1, F200, etc ) after that he should choose the substrate (paper bond, photo paper, photo glossy paper, blueback paper, etc) then the customer have the posibility to order 1 or many files to print. -When the client upload a file to print should be a list with the name of uploaded files, it would be nice to have a thumb, the customer can write a comment. -The customer can deleted uploaded files before to checkout. -In one order could be 2 uploaded Files for example in a two sides flyer, it can be a pdf uploaded with the two sides or it can be 2 pdf, one for each side. -The cliente should have the posibility to pay with the credit card or paypal or the CMS generate a Bill (i will give you a model) with a reference number with the item to pay, and a total to pay without and with Taxes. This Bill will be send to the mail of the customer. -like always it should be posible to have "special offer", discount for group of products, etc etc I am looking for the the best, fast and affordable solution, if you mean that the upgrade version of Magento is not a good solution please let me know, maybe you know another CMS that you can me recommended or maybe you have your own CMS but really i would like to make this solution with the Magento CMS if is possible.
