Online MP3 Music Collection

The public view...kike 2. Registered user's view....like [login to view URL] Registered user will be able to upload their collection (audio files particulars together with an MP3 audio clip of 15 seconds) The system will trim audio file to a max of 15 seconds about 250 MB regardless of whatever file is uploadedis uploaded Registere will be able to see who uploaded which file....I mean when a registered user open a file byu clicking or searching, the user will be able to see who uploaded the file. Registered user can only change/modify file uploaded by him/her 3 Administrator. He has right and upload rights to the whole site. No page design (graphics is required..) just the scripts.
