New WordPress site needed to update old FrontPage site.

I am looking for someone to completely re-do my website: www.ezdivorce.ca. I am the original ‘architect’ using FrontPage in 2003. It is critical that the new site improve and not hurt my current Google ranking. I want a simple, clean site, without gimmicks (NO video, animation or pop-ups.) It must work perfectly and not have issues if someone is using an ad or video blocker. Other requirements include: • The color scheme should to be blue to fit well with my current logo (which must continue to be used). • The current legal disclaimer in the footer must appear in the new footer worded exactly ‘as-is’. • The current site ‘favicon’ must be used. • The BBB site seal with proper link must be used. • My current content should be used to the greatest extent possible. • The site must continue to work with my third-party form handler (coffeecup) unless you have a 100% reliable alternative. • The site must be able to be uploaded to GoDaddy hosting without problems. • I must be able to make content changes on my own. • I must be able to create additional landing pages on my own ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc.). • The site must look great and work seamlessly on desktops, tablets and mobile. • SEO must be fully optimized. • I realize that there are currently many pages. I am asking you to build the core pages: home, about, overview, process, fees, contact, agreement, support, FAQ, start*, received, next_step, confirmation. • *There should be a prominent ‘Start Now’ button (preferably green). This should be fairly easy for you as I already have a logo and all content (excluding new graphics) and there are no databases, etc. involved. Just a clean, simple, professional looking site that works across all devices. Please let me know if you are able to do this, how much it will cost (Canadian dollars), and how long it will take you.
