Need someone to teach me how to write a Cron Job for Wordpress, as well as import CSV Data

I need someone proficient in mysql and PHP to help me with a Wordpress project. I also want to learn how it is done so I can do the troubleshooting and additions later on down the road. I need someone to teach me, via screen sharing, how to import csv data from an FTP process into the Wordpress database, and then to write a cron job to import it on a schedule. Screen sharing and teaching me how to do this is a MUST. This job is hourly since I will be learning, and asking questions as we go. Must be available to work on it between 5pm and 10pm EST during the week. I anticipate about 5-10 hours. This can be done an hour or two at a time. Please respond with the words screen sharing first so I know you read and understood that requirement. It will also be a plus if you can talk while on the screen sharing, as messaging back and forth takes a lot more time to communicate. Preference will be given to anyone who sends me an audio sample of their spoken English and tells me they are able to use audio with our screen sharing. As for the csv import, it will be a simple csv import, csv data as follows: column1,column2,column3,column21 So just 4 columns, but with those column names above, as that is what my powershell script produces. Once they are uploaded via FTP (or some other method you can recommend - but it must be automated and not manual) - then you need to teach me how to get that data from wherever it is uploaded into the actual database so it renders the data on the website (the website is already rending the data now as I can show you the front and back end later). If you see the website and want to propose a better solution that wordpress, I am open to that as well. If you know powershell, that is a plus, as I have a few questions to answer in that realm too.
